I've never been one to ever have to exercise or think twice about what I ate, because my metabolism was always high. However, lately i've been bulking up and it doesn't stop. It's definately due to working full time in an office environment with little to no movement for pretty much 3/4's of waking day.

And i've started to even feel more tired, and less inclined to be active, but lately, everyone around me is trying to maintain a healthier lifestyle, and it's definitely motivating. Healthy meals, Exercise and Activity.

Now I come home and exercise everynight before I eat, and find myself on a bike more often than not (partly due to circumstances out of control).

And the worst part is, i'm finding myself craving those healthy meals from Michelle's book.


...Especially that damn Tuna Melt.
